International Pricing

To maintain fair and consistent pricing across all markets, all international orders (including group orders) are priced in USD using our international pricing structure. Our international prices are independently set and are not based on a direct conversion of Malaysian retail prices.

** Please note that our Malaysian (MYR) pricing is exclusively for the local Malaysian market and is not available for international purchases.**

This policy is in place to:

  • Maintain consistent pricing across international markets.
  • Protect the brand's value and pricing integrity.
  • Prevent market disruption and unauthorized resale using local market pricing.
  • Ensure fairness for all international customers and group order managers.
  • Support a sustainable business model focused on product quality rather than wholesale volume.

We do appreciate group orders and therefore offer quantity based discounts under our international pricing structure. However, do not qualify for Malaysian local pricing.

This policy applies equally to all international customers and exceptions cannot be made.

 

 

Reseller & Redistribution

To protect our brand and ensure a fair purchasing experience for all customers, unauthorized resale and redistribution of our products are not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Purchasing from our Malaysian retail channels (including Shopee) for the purpose of reselling internationally.
  • Acting as a third-party buyer to purchase and forward our products to overseas customers without our authorization.
  • Advertising or organizing group orders (GOs) using products purchased through our retail channels without prior approval.
  • Representing yourself as an authorized reseller, distributor or partner of our brand without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders, cancel transactions or decline service if we determine that this policy has been violated.
