International Pricing
To maintain fair and consistent pricing across all markets, all international orders and group orders (GOs) outside of Southeast Asia (SEA), Taiwan, Japan, and Korea are priced in USD.
Our international prices are independently set and are not based on a direct conversion of Malaysian retail prices.
** Please note that our Malaysian (MYR) pricing is exclusively for the local Malaysian market and is not available for international purchases.**
This policy is in place to:
- Maintain consistent pricing across international markets.
- Prevent market disruption and unauthorized resale using local market pricing.
- Ensure fairness for all international customers and group order managers.
- Protect the brand's value and pricing integrity while supporting a sustainable business model focused on product quality.
We do appreciate group orders and therefore offer quantity based discounts under our international pricing structure. However, do not qualify for Malaysian local pricing.
This policy applies equally to all international customers and exceptions cannot be made.
Reseller & Redistribution
To protect our brand and ensure a fair purchasing experience for all customers, unauthorized resale and redistribution of our products are not permitted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Purchasing from our sales channels (including Shopee & Tiktok) for the purpose of reselling.
- Acting as a third-party buyer to purchase and forward our products to overseas customers.
- Advertising or organizing group orders (GOs) using products purchased through our sales channels (including Shopee & Tiktok).
- Representing yourself as an authorized reseller, distributor or partner of our brand without permission.
If you are interested in hosting group orders, please contact us directly to discuss the appropriate pricing and terms.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders, cancel transactions or decline service if we determine that this policy has been violated.
