Production Time

Photocards are made to order after your purchase and printed in-house, while some merch items may depend on manufacturer production.

  • Ready Stock / Made to Order: 3–10 business days
  • Pre-Order: 14-30 business days

Production will start on the next business day after your order is placed. Processing time may vary depending on our current order volume, item quantity, and order queue.

Note: FOR INTERNATIONAL GROUP ORDERS
Processing is strictly based on queue as in some cases when a GOM places an order, we may already be processing other group order batches. As a result, processing time may vary depending on queue position and GOMs will be provided with a separate estimated processing timeline from us.

Custom Duties & Import Tax Fees

📌 Who Pays for Customs?

  • Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods, and the buyer (importer) is responsible for these charges.
  • By purchasing from Vantebunny, you agree that your order may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

📌 What If I Refuse to Pay Customs Fees?

  • If you refuse the package or it is returned due to unpaid customs, we must cover:
    ✔ Import duties in both your country and our country
    ✔ Return shipping fees
  • We will deduct these costs from your refund —if there is no remaining balance, a refund will not be issued.
