Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all fanmade photocards, customized items, and printed merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Since each product is made or printed upon order, these items cannot be reused or resold.

Please ensure all order details, designs, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us immediately through Instagram DM at @vantebunny._ within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a printing defect or issue with your order

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and mailing label. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Replacements & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to provide a replacement to your satisfaction.

For printing defects, returns may not be required due to high shipping costs. In such cases, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the issue. To be eligible for a refund without returning the item, buyers may be required to cut or destroy the print defective item and provide clear photo or video proof for verification purposes. This policy helps prevent abuse and ensures fairness for both parties.

If a replacement or refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur as on-screen colors (RGB) may differ from printed output (CMYK) due to different color profiles and display settings.

Screen Display: Screens use the RGB color model, which relies on light to display colors.
Printing Colors: Printing uses the CMYK color model, relying on pigments or inks reflecting light.

 

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the usability of the product are not considered defects.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
